Services:
- Book Reserves – reserve materials in person or by telephone reservations on-line
- Booklists –title lists for a variety of subjects available for patrons and organizations current book list
- Computer Classes (WR) – free classes held monthly at the West River library, reservations required class schedule
- Forms available – forms include Buckeye Application Cards, FASFA Forms, and Income Tax Forms
- Interlibrary Loans - materials can be borrowed from other Clevnet libraries for free or from non-Clevnet libraries, where a fee may apply
- Internet Access –free internet access is available internet policy
- Library Tours - call 440-322-0175 to schedule tours
- Memorial Books – books can be purchased and dedicated to any Elyria library in honor of an individual or organization memorial book form
- Newspapers - microfilm of the Chronicle Telegram Newspapers from 1834 to present at Central and 1994 to present at West River are available
- Reader’s Advisor – a Librarian is available to help patrons choose reading materials
- Research Assistance - Librarians provide information appropriate to patrons’ needs
- Special Collections - collections include Elyria Historical Information, Genealogy Information, and a Non-Profit Information Center at West River
- Special Materials - magazines, daily newspapers, & Large Print Books are available
Programs:
- Book Discussion Groups – evening book discussions cover a wide variety of titles and Classics in the Afternoon discussions cover classics
