The Elyria Public Library System (EPLS) is seeking community feedback on its facilities to enhance offerings and improve our aging and inadequate buildings. As a frequent library patron, your thoughts, perceptions, opinions and expectations about current buildings will assist the library in making future plans regarding facilities and other needs.
We hope you will participate in a small-group discussion to help us better understand your needs, priorities, and expectations. Your participation is greatly appreciated, because your honest observations and perspectives are valuable to us – and important for this process. These discussions will be facilitated by independent researchers from Burges & Burges Strategists. Your input and feedback will be included in a summary report by Burges & Burges. No participant names will be used in their report.
Dates and times from which to choose are below in the hopes one will fit your availability. Please select from one of the following below:
- West River Branch (1194 West River Rd. N) – Tuesday, March 28th, 4:00 PM
- Central Branch (320 Washington Ave.) – Thursday, March 30th, 4:00 PM
- South Branch hosted at Asbury United Methodist Church (1611 Middle Ave.) – Thursday, March 30th, 6:30 PM
- Keystone-LaGrange (101 West St.) – Tuesday, April 4th, 4:00 PM
We are limiting each group to 15 participants to maximize conversation and, therefore, ask that you RSVP by Monday, March 27, to Daisha at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (216) 261-3737 with your choice of session. If necessary, we will add session times to ensure everyone that would like to participate has a chance to do so.
Thank you in advance for your participation and feedback.
