Come prepared with a journal & pen. Yoga mat optional. Please bring a bolster or cushion if you’d like to sit on the floor with me.
This is a gentle, beginner level Breathwork & Journaling class. You will be guided through a grounding, calming, & soothing breath work experience. Afterwards, you will be guided through a journaling experience to help you tap into your intuition & inner wisdom.
