Try Bingocize, a 10-week health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercises (seated or standing).

Come play bingo, meet new people, and exercise together while learning about techniques to reduce falls and increase cognition.

Do you think you can name a book in only 5 words?  Well, here’s your chance to dazzle us with your book knowledge.  Stop by the Central Ask Me Desk and pick up the challenge anytime during our Summer Reading Program. Fill it out and return it by July 31st.  The person who gets the most correct answers will be crowned the King/Queen of Books and win a special prize.
