Hiring Range: $56,500-$62,400 Annually (based on qualifications & experience)
Education: Masters in library science preferred
Hours: Exempt Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) including nights and weekends

Job Summary
The Youth Services Manager leads the Youth Services department, ensuring services, programs, collections, staff, and community engagement work together to create welcoming, relevant, and engaging experiences for children, teens, and families. Through active leadership and collaboration, this role supports learning, curiosity, creativity, and community connection while advancing EPL’s standards and Patron First Promise.
